Profile

Filippo is an Italian-born, British-naturalised film producer based in London. He graduated with First-Class Honours from the London Film Academy in 2023 and was awarded Student of the Year for his dedication and versatility.

At LFA, Filippo gained hands-on experience across all key roles behind the camera, giving him a deep understanding of the filmmaking process and the skills needed to coordinate teams and productions effectively.

Several short films produced by Filippo have been selected for prestigious A-list film festivals. For instance, Divine Intervention was selected for the Iris Prize and streamed on Channel 4 for a full year.

Filippo continues to build his career producing narrative films, music videos, and commercial projects, bringing organisation, problem-solving, and industry experience to every production.

Professional Experience

Filippo worked as an Event Manager at the Southbank Centre in London. In this role, he managed client and supplier relationships and ensured smooth communication across all departments. He later progressed to Project Manager for the Centre’s 75th Anniversary, collaborating closely with Danny Boyle’s team.

More recently, he worked as a Production Manager with Nymeria Films, an independent company specialising in horror and thriller projects, both short and feature-length, gaining experience with larger budgets and working alongside seasoned actors, including Christopher Lambert.

These roles have strengthened Filippo’s ability to oversee complex productions, coordinate teams, and ensure projects run smoothly from pre-production through to wrap.
